• Free Shipping for orders $139.99 USD and above

Express Shipping:

Shipping Delays:

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 90 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
Return Process:

Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
• Please retain proof of return shipment for your records.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days depending on your payment method.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
